Julie Rogers is a San Francisco-based Certified Leadership Coach & Fractional Chief People Officer, with strategic operator expertise in organizational design, transformational change, leadership development, and championing fair and equitable People practices in high-growth technology companies. Julie has always had an insatiable curiosity about what makes people tick, and has fun poking at 'the ways things have always been done' in order to find the best path right now to achieve desired and sustainable outcomes. She's an advisor for companies in the peopletech space, and actively supports, advocates for, and invests in female-founded & -led businesses.
